What's the difference between Standard and advanced?
Both include the same core protection: weekly updates, 24/7 security monitoring, tested backups, and uptime monitoring. Advanced adds 45 minutes included support (non-rolling) per month, faster emergency response and hourly or twice a day backups for E-commerce and Membership, Course sites.
If I subscribe to one of these plans, am I protected 100% ?
While no security can be 100% guaranteed (not even your home’s physical security), our tools, approach, and methods have so far achieved a perfect success rate, preventing thousands of attacks on our clients’ websites before they became serious!
Do you offer white-label plans for web desingers and agencies?
Yes, both tiers are available white-labeled so you can offer them to your own clients under your brand, while we take care of the maintenance for the clients' websites for you; We don't need direct access to the client, and we are ready to offer your agency a discount when needed - based on the number tof sites you have.
How does the "Advanced" included time (45 minutes) work?
You get 45 minutes of support included every month. It resets each month, it's there for you to use on a month-by-month basis, not something that builds up.
Need more for a specific incident or project/launch etc. in a given month? Extra time is billed at a special reduced hourly rate.
What can I use my included support time for?
Whatever you need, for example: restoring the site from a backup, making a quick change like replacing an image, troubleshooting something that isn't working correctly, or simply a consulting call to go through a question or an intended decision.
Does the unused time in "Advanced" roll over or bank up?
No. If you don't use your hour in a given month, it's gone, it doesn't carry forward, and it doesn't add up if you go 12 months without using it. You always have access to 1 hour that month, nothing more, nothing saved from before.
Do you offer annual maintenance plans?
"Standard" can be billed annually instead of monthly, at a discount versus paying month-to-month. Advanced is billed monthly only, since it includes bundled support time that is meant to be used month-by-month rather than prepaid in bulk.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime, no contracts, no penalties.
(with the exception of the annually paid plans that need to be pro-rated so that we can refund you with the "unused" portion)
What counts as an "emergency"?
Site down, hacked, or actively broken for visitors. Emergency response times are separate from included support hours and apply to both plans, just with different priority levels, and are paid as per your special hourly rate
